The 4th Annual Lights of Hope Idaho takes place on the front steps of the Idaho State Capitol. This an event to honor or remember loved ones impacted by cancer.

From 2:30-4:15pm we need volunteers to support placing the decorated luminaria bags spelling out HOPE on the steps. Beginning at 4:30pm we will hear from a local researcher, Dr. Greg Hampikian and we would like volunteers to stay and enjoy this moment honoring those researching for cures. The volunteer opportunity will be complete at 5:30pm.

Alternately, you may come back on Saturday morning to take down the Lights of Hope.

Also, if you would like to decorate a bag (which will be lighted on the Capitol steps ALL night) as well as travel to Washington D.C. on September 10th to light up the Nation's Capitol, you can do so here: http://action.fightcancer.org/goto/marykemp2019
