Volunteers are needed for Thursday ( 11 AM to 1 PM - 1 PM to 4:30 PM)
Positions: 2
Volunteers must demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills; strong leadership skills; excellent English language skills - Russian speaking skills are an asset.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Games Drop-in program and facilitate self-led games for seniors.
- Welcome participants and introduce them to the games.
- Address any interpersonal issues that may arise within the group setting.
- Create a welcoming and respectful environment for all participants.
- Carry the program supplies and board games from the front office to the program room.
If you enjoy playing a particular game, please feel free to join in and play! You can also invite some friends to play with you.
