Help Longfellow Elementary School Build a Multi-Sports Court Play Space
An exciting project is about to transform the Longfellow Elementary School Playground! Our 'Community-build’ multi-sports project calls on the entire community to participate in the planning and building process and we need YOUR HELP!
We are looking for 100-200 volunteers to help build this exciting new play space. All are welcome to participate in this day of community connection and service! Children ages 14-17 can help with the build provided a parent signs a waiver. There will be a play area and activities for children ages 13 and younger. No prior construction or building experience necessary.
The day will consist of a kick off ceremony, building, and then play time! It is a day full of fun, work, joy, volunteers, and music! Breakfast and lunch will be provided.
