We are always in need of volunteer nurses, medical assistants, EMTs, paramedics, pharmacists, physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants to assist with seeing and treating homeless individuals in Wichita, KS at our Street Medicine Clinic. Our team provides free primary care services to the homeless using a mobile medical model. Our clinic is every Wednesday and Saturday from 8 am to 12 pm. We offer the following services:
- Medical visits
- Laboratory draws
- EKGs
- Basic medical procedures (incision and drainage, sutures, wound/dressing changes)
- Assistance with specialty referrals
We also work with non-medical volunteers to assist with patient registration and flow.

The ICT Street Team strives to remove the multiple barriers that often cause the homeless citizens of Wichita to miss opportunities to meet their own healthcare needs. We strive to bridge gaps of care to keep our homeless neighbors safe and healthy.
Description
The ICT Street Team is an initiative by NGO, Inc. that provides primary care to the homeless in Wichita, Kansas using a mobile medical model to deliver care at the point of contact. Using volunteer nurse practitioners, physicians, physician assistants, registered nurses, students, and a multitude of other healthcare professionals, The ICT Street Team strives to remove the multiple barriers that often cause our homeless citizens to miss opportunities to meet their own healthcare needs. We provide many services including acute illness visits, injury evaluation, chronic disease management, and provide over-the-counter and prescription medications as needed.
