Looking for volunteers to be companions for those at end of life. Half of our patients live at home and the other in a facility. We would like at least one hour a week to spend with these individuals.
We have patients in Va. Beach, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Suffolk and Chesapeake. Please contact me if your interested. Thanks Paula Potter

Description
ProMedica Hospice provides care wherever you call home: in your house, a skilled nursing center, an assisted living facility or independent living facility. Our caregivers help create individualized care plans, set personal goals, and manage pain and symptoms. Every patient is different. With different challenges, different needs, different family and friends. So the care we give each patient is different. We treat the patient and family as a whole, providing services for body, mind, and spirit.
