Please consider volunteering your time to clear the existing furniture and decor from the dedicated space generously donated by and within the Morris Burner Hostel. Grab a friend, and let us know how and when you can help June 16th, June 23rd and June 24th from 10am to 4pm. Any shifts, all time is appreciated! Many hands make light work and help grocery-store build-out move faster :)
Morris Burner Hostel is moving everything currently in what will become the grocery space, as well as the art supplies in what will be the OCG office space downstairs, out of the area in preparation for layout and permitting of the sliding-scale grocery market at 420 East 4th Street, Reno. We'll be helping to take apart the stage and relocate the sound equipment and other gear, including downstairs. Buzz in at the door and tell them you're volunteering with OCG, and you will be directed to the east end of the building where we're starting to clear our space.
Please bring any demo/power tools you may want to use, comfortable (yet sturdy) clothing, and gloves!!
Rounds Bakery is generously donating baked goods to fuel workers~Thank you Rounds!
