Habitat Metro Denver is looking for volunteers to serve as Secret Shoppers at our five metro Denver ReStores.

Habitat ReStores are home improvement outlets that sell new and gently used appliances, furniture, cabinets, building materials, and more at discount prices. All proceeds go towards our homeowner and home repair programs that support working families. Stores are located in Aurora, Denver, Highlands Ranch, Littleton and Wheat Ridge.

Volunteers would visit one or more of the ReStores and provide feedback to specific questions regarding your shopping experience. Visits can be done monthly or bi-monthly any day of the week between 10 am and 6 pm. Depending on how many stores the volunteer chooses to visit, the time commitment could range from one to eight hours.

Must be willing to complete the Secret Shopper paperwork within 36 hours of visiting the ReStore so details stay top of mind. Must be willing to meet with Director of Retail Operations at Habitat's main office in Denver within two weeks of completing a round of shops.

Volunteer must have own transportation, current auto insurance coverage, valid driver’s license and ability to be insured under the affiliates auto policy.

By providing ongoing feedback from a customer’s perspective, Secret Shoppers will provide valuable insight to improve customer engagement and increase sales to generate additional revenue to finance affordable housing opportunities within the Metro Denver area.
