ORGANIZATION: Midwest Brain Injury Clubhouse

We are seeking a volunteer bookkeeper (unpaid BUT with the potential for a paid part-time job in the future).

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing a variety of bookkeeping and accounting duties including tracking daily donations and expenses on a weekly basis;
  • Monthly reconciliation
  • Generating reports
  • Recording AP/AR
  • Monthly program invoicing

Qualifications:

  • Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks
  • Additional proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office, and Excel is a plus

Time commitment: 10 to 20 hours per week.

We like to think of the Clubhouse as our home away from home and the folks here are like family. For many the Clubhouse is the next step in transitioning from a patient back into the real world.
