Volunteers will receive training on speaking with and assessing bereaved family members.

Make phone calls to assess bereavement needs and report to Bereavement Coordinator to give appropriate support.
Provide comfort and companionship via monthly phone check-ins as requested by clients.

Enter bereavement care plan notes into online data base.
