ALIVE (Alternative's to Living In Violent Environment's) will be hosting our annual booth at STL Pride this year. We are happy to be able to participate in the festival and support the St. Louis LGBTQ+ Community. We will be there to hand out information about our services, and talk with those that stop by our tent. Please think about volunteering for this fun event on Saturday or Sunday with us. Shifts are 4 hours long. Must be 18 or over. Must have your own reliable transportation or able to arrange your own transportation to and from. Description
ALIVE (Alternatives to Living in Violent Environments) is a domestic violence agency that serves St.Louis City, St. Louis County, St. Charles County, Jefferson County and Franklin County, Missouri. We provide the following programs and services to individuals regardless of gender and sexual orientation: 24-hour hotline, Nights of Safety (Short-term emergency shelter,) Individual Counseling, Group Counseling, Court Advocacy Systems, Advocacy Outreach, Services Education, Training Referrals, Transportation, Social Services, and Special Services.
