Volunteers needed to be with our memory care residents who would like to go for walks on our beautiful 19 acre campus. Residents are fun-loving and enjoy the outdoors but are unable to navigate the outdoors by themselves.
Our campus has tarred walking paths that meander through a park-like setting lined with flowers and fountains. Lake Minnetonka is our backdoor neighbor so you can watch the boats come and go as you walk or take a break in one of our gazebos.
Share your love for the outdoors with someone who also loves the outdoors but due to dementia is no longer able to independently enjoy it. The elderly love to share their lives and stories. Walker for Exercise will give you the opportunity to build a special relationship that will last for your lifetime.
