8-11:30 and 11:30-3:00 (two possible shifts)
Volunteer purpose
- Friendly and energetic volunteer to assist with coverage and daily tasks at the Volunteer desk located at the Pearl Harbor National Memorial.
- Great visitors service to ensure quality and a memorable experience.
- Raise donations to help fund current Pacific Historic Parks Programs.
Duties and responsibilities
- Set up and cover the volunteer desk during scheduled shift.
- Engage in conversation and answer visitor questions.
- Collect donations from the visitors.
- Help the visitors with the National Park passport stamps
- Close the volunteer desk at the end of the shift assigned. Ensuring all items are put away and secure.
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of the Pearl Harbor National Memorial Visitor Center grounds.
- Friendly Visitor/Customer service skills.
- Light addition and subtraction

- Covered outdoor environment

- Standing and sitting
- Lift up to 5lbs
