We have 'raise or pay' and family/couple memberships as options.
The North Shore's premiere art gallery, arts education program and venue, is forming an associate board for professionals under 45 years old. Our current board of directors of 20 members has been involved, active and supportive, with continuity and hands-on experience of our day-to-day experience.
As we approach our 60th, with new management staff, we're looking to grow and expand. What we've asked of an Associate Board is to be part of our revitalization: pick or create an event to 'champion', attend gallery openings, suggest and help create new, younger-themed events from beer and wine tastings to networking, ballroom dance, or other projects. Our future plans are BIG and we're looking towards involving more people in our great development.
We're looking for people who can also bring their professional expertise to our planning and can, from time to time, use that experience to support our growth. Skills include IT, finance, marketing, social media, event planning, etc.
Candidates would send a letter of inquiry, share some professional details, and include any 'connection' they have to the arts - ie 'why would you be interested in an arts program as a volunteer opportunity?'
