Famous Fido Rescue and Adoption Alliance gets about 30 calls a day from people who want to abandon an animal. We try to help as many as we can, whether that is by assisting with rehoming, or by taking them into our rescue. They may spend a few weeks, to a few years with us so it is very important that they are able to enjoy their life.
In the past month, we have had several new dogs come in, 3 juvenile bengal cats, a 5 week old orphan, 2 adult cats, and a VERY pregnant momma who has since had 5 kittens. They need spaces of their own. especially momma and the youngsters!
We need help to extend the partial walls in one room, add a metal kennel door to the existing wooden door frame, and build the walls up with lattice so that the cats are not isolated behind glass or walls. They want to be a part of the action!
This is a 1-2 day project, good for an individual or a some friends who want to give back to the animals in their community!

Description
If you love dogs and /or cats and are interested in helping in any way, we are constantly looking for volunteers to help us here at the rescue. Dog Walkers, Cuddlers, Bookkeeping, Social Media, Administrative, Kennel Help, and Animal Advocates to help Network/Sponsor Animals.
Must be 17 years or older.
