The Community Enrichment Center (CEC) serves impoverished and at-risk families.

This position helps with Volunteer Recruitment, Volunteer Retention and Volunteer Recognition as well as all Website and Social Media events, marketing and connecting the community with the organization.

This position will develop a volunteer strategy for:

(a) recruitment

(b) retention

(c) recognition

Also, the position will be responsible for increasing the visibility of the Community Enrichment Center and its entities through

(a) assisting with comprehensive branding development (website, social media, print, etc.)

(b) creating a yearly calendar of website and social media events

(c) developing relationships with leaders of local organizations and media to coordinate the task of publicizing the CEC services to encourage volunteerism

(d) implement marketing strategies for Second Glance Resale Shop

(e) connect the CEC website with social media, blogs and other media platforms

(f) build our story bank of the families in poverty that we serve.
