Volunteers at the Rose Andom Center give hope and support to survivors of domestic violence and their children by facilitating access to comprehensive services from more than 20 non-profit and government partners in a single, safe location.
Volunteer Guest Navigation Assistant: These volunteers support the Guest Navigator at the front desk and throughout the building. Guest Navigation Assistants are the first point of contact when a guest arrives at the Rose Andom Center. They assist survivors with appointments and walk-ins in getting signed in, completing initial paperwork, or scheduling appointments for intake. They answer crisis calls and provide resources, referrals, and emotional support over the phone. This will include safety planning when necessary to help clients safely access the center and make an intake appointment. They provide support to callers who need shelter and other external resources.
Navigation volunteers must complete the 20-hour volunteer training and be available to sign up for volunteer shifts during business hours of 8am-5pm Monday - Friday. Volunteers in direct service are expected to volunteer a minimum of 9-12 hours per month for a term of at least 6 months.

Mission Statement
The Rose Andom Center improves the lives of domestic violence victims by facilitating better access to services and staff of community organizations and government agencies in a single, safe location. Vision: Providing a community where survivors can thrive.
Description
The Rose Andom Center opened in 2016 as Colorado’s first family justice center. The Rose Andom Center was the result of over ten years of collaboration between community based organizations and city government agencies who were committed to making it easier for victims to ask for and find help. They actively worked together to realize the dream of a centralized, collaborative facility where domestic violence victims can access comprehensive services in their journey to find safety from abuse.
The Rose Andom Center is a community collaborative of more than 20 different partner agencies under one roof. Victims are able to access one or many of these services when they walk through the doors.
