Our goal is to facilitate awareness and education while building innovative care programs, which we hope to accomplish alongside our local communities, its businesses and people. We are seeking a Clinical Program Manager, who can plan, develop, implement, and manage our clinical programs. Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Oversight and coordination of health and wellness based Programs
  • Oversight and coordination of clinical staff and program volunteers
  • Conducting market research and gathering information
  • Helping integrate software utilized for programs and staffing
  • Liaison between volunteers, clients, and relevant third parties in a professional setting
  • Assisting the Executive Director with implementing and streamlining new and existing programs

Required Skills

  • Ability to see the "big picture" and meet objectives in all stages of program development and planning
  • Positive and proactive approach to handling issues and troubleshooting
  • Able to work cohesively across multiple departments on a variety of projects and tasks
  • Superior time management and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Compliance with on-site safety, legal, and insurance requirements
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple competing priorities
  • Positive and proactive demeanor

Education and Experience

  • Bachelors or Masters Degree in Management, Healthcare Administration, Business, Public Health, or related field
  • Professional level work experience in Program Management, Healthcare/Wellness, Public Health, Business Management, or related field
  • Technologically savvy, with reliable access to phone/internet connections for remote work and planning

Time Commitment Minimum: Flexible, 5-15 hours per week. Hours may be scheduled during normal business hours (Monday - Friday between 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. PST).

Although this is an unpaid volunteering opportunity that does not lead to employment or includes employee benefits, this opportunity offers:

  • Learn about startup environments and how to get a social media and advertising strategy ramped up
  • Provide significant strategic and creative contributions toward the development of social media activities
  • Fulfill college or university volunteer requirements
  • Build your resume with unique startup experience and social media/marketing strategies

Our Why

We believe that we can make a real impact on children's health by implementing unique care programs that include an interdisciplinary approach to education, treatment and therapies. We also believe that care, education, and support for children and their families should be easily accessible.

Poppy Kids Educational Curriculum - we need bright minds and skills to help organize these programs, implement and promote them withing schools. The purpose of the education curriculum is to provide media such as video, children's and parents books or packages that provide guidance, promote acceptance and encourage lifestyle changes. In addition, these media outlets can be resources for parents and children alike to help them cope with daily challenges or ongoing pains.

Poppy Care Directors Program -- This program offers in-home care and support for kids with autism, ADHD, anxiety or depression. The purpose is to relieve parents of the often times demanding therapy sessions, provide an in-home "assistant" that gives parents the ease of mind that they have someone there to help them. As this program develops, there are more support systems created that we will implement.
