Meals on Wheels Site Coordinators give back to the community by putting their organizational and administrative skills to work. Coordinators are the backbone of our organization, helping to ensure that meals get out to over 1,000 homebound individuals each day. It only requires a few hours of your time, each week.

The Meals on Wheels Site Coordinator will serve at our Broken Arrow site. You will open the site and prepare space for meal delivery on your designated day. When volunteers arrive, you will greet them and provide them with their delivery information for the day. One of the primary roles of a Coordinator is to communicate with the Meals on Wheels of Metro Tulsa office about volunteers, routes, and Meals on Wheels recipients.

You will receive training prior to coordinating on your own.
Time involved is between 2-4 hours, usually between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. This position is for Broken Arrow on Mondays.
