11 people are interested
We hold a weekly Rhythm & Moves exercise class in South Austin on Thursdays from 1:45pm-2:45pm, and are looking for regular volunteers who can commit to assisting once a week for at least 2 months at a time, although a longer-term commitment is preferred.
Volunteer responsibilities include arriving 15 minutes early to help set up the room, signing in participants when they arrive, some light balance spotting, and assistance with equipment during class. If interested, you can definitely try a class before committing to ensure that it is a good fit. We have an incredibly warm and grateful group of instructors and attendees, so we feel sure you'll love it!
We offer 13 classes each week in 9 locations all around Austin, so if this time doesn't work, we'd love to help you find one that does! Contact us for more information.
