This is an "UNPAIDVOLUNTEER" position. The ideal person will provide administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer of the organization.
Job Duties:
Maintain and update membership records
Assist with annual membership renewals, etc.
Assist with sending thank you letters, tax receipts, etc.
One on one interaction with members, potential members, donors, etc.
Assist with administration duties associated with events/activities
Assist with administration duties associated with donors and solicitation of same
Assist with orientation of new members
Assist with fundraising initiatives
Assist with office administration (i.e. answering phones, preparing mailings , inventory, etc.
Attend monthly meetings and other meetings as assigned.

Born2BFree provides FREE conferences, workshops, programs and activities in a fun environment where young people learn life skills and leadership skills. During our events we also offer opportunities for teens and young adults (some events are age specific) to use gifts and talents for a positive purpose. Born2BFree is the positive, informative and fun outlet young people have been looking for to enjoy life.
