This is an "UNPAIDVOLUNTEER" position.

The Event Committee Member (volunteer) will participate on committees to plan and support various events and activities held throughout the year.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to,

  • attend committee meetings,
  • provide support for event tasks,
  • event preparation and promotion,
  • participation, and
  • attendance of assigned events
  • assistance with all aspects of event on the day of the event
  • post event evaluation.

Our mission is to empower and encourage teens and young adults by offering them the opportunity to transition from the teenage and young adult years into a life equipped with the self-confidence, positive attitude, and life skills necessary to make a positive impact in their lives, families and communities while enjoying the excitement that is experienced during our FREE events. We strive to provide valuable knowledge, positive influence and mentors to encourage them FREE of charge to allow all young people to attend no matter what their socioeconomic status while connecting with other positive minded individuals.

Description

Born2BFree provides FREE conferences, workshops, programs and activities in a fun environment where young people learn life skills and leadership skills. During our events we also offer opportunities for teens and young adults (some events are age specific) ​to use gifts and talents for a positive purpose. Born2BFree is the positive, informative and fun outlet young people have been looking for to enjoy life.
