Food Pantry Shortage
Many in our community need help providing food for their families. Our supplies are low, which means we are not able to provide much help.If you would like to donate canned goods or meats, please bring them to 4500 S. Claiborne Ave. Monday-Friday between 9 am-4 pm. If your group would like to do a food drive, please contact us 504-891-8635. Thank you!

Description
The Salvation Army of Greater New Orleans serves five parishes (Orleans, Jefferson, Plaquemines, St. Bernard, & St. Tammany) .
The organization provides a broad array of social services. The Center of Hope on South Claiborne Avenue has programs that feed the hungry; shelter the homeless; assist disaster victims; and provide outreach and opportunities to the elderly, underprivileged children, and families in need. The Adult Rehabilitation Center on Jefferson Highway offers social and emotional support to men and women battling addiction.
