ORGANIZATION: SouthernCare - Green Bay

SouthernCare Hospice's Team provides compassionate end of life care to residents of Brown, Calumet, Door, Kewaunee, Manitowoc, Marinette, and Shawano Counties

This position is for a volunteer interested in providing direct patient care hours through friendly visits 1:1 with our hospice patients in the Green Bay area. Some examples of responsibilities may include reading, socialization, companionship, emotional support, crafts, watching tv with the patient, etc. *All onboarding expenses are paid by SouthernCare.*

Each volunteer brings their own individual life experiences to each patient, caregiver, and family. Our goal as a team is to emphasize the quality of life for our patients.
