Help distribute free sack lunches at the library for the summer!
KDL has partnered with Feeding America to provide lunches for school-aged kids that are experiencing food scarcity during the summer.
The Kentwood Branch will be distributing free lunch bags for kids 18 and younger from 11:30 am until 1:30 pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from June 10 through August 16.
It's preferred for Volunteers to commit to at least one lunchtime per week for the duration of the program, but we will work with your availability.
No special training required. The only requirements are loving your library and being friendly and helpful!
