The Retired and Senior Volunteer Program is seeking volunteers to serve at a local agency in Ann Arbor which seeks to empower and support women through counseling, education, and advocacy. This role will allow the agency to serve more people, especially those who are living on lower incomes.

Tasks: Become trained to bill services to clients insurance companies (both private insurance as well as to Medicare/Medicaid).

Qualifications: No experience required! Volunteers will be fully trained by friendly, knowledgeable staff. Volunteers should be dependable to serve during their scheduled shifts, and also be able to work in different environments depending on activities happening in the center on any given day.

Time: Two 3-hour shifts per week. Pick any two 3-hour blocks M-F between 9-5.

Location of work: In Ann Arbor near South Maple and West Liberty.
