The Hanover Park Park District will be putting together a community event following the Hanover Park Park Foundation Annual 5k. We are looking for volunteers to help put on this great event for the community! The event time is from 9:30 am to 1:30 pm, set up and clean up of the event will take place an hour prior and after. Shifts are available if requested! Times are subject to change.
We are looking for volunteers to help with the following:
1. Supervise and assist with bike course. - 10 am to 12 pm
2. Assist with our kids craft table. - 10 am to 1:30 pm
3. Supervise kids activities (i.e. bounce house & Touch a Truck). - 9:30 am to 1:30 pm
4. Assist with the information table. - 9:30 am to 1:30 pm
5. Clean up the eating area. - 9:30 am to 1:30 pm
6. Supervise and assist with our nerf battle. - 10 am to 12 pm
7. Supervise and assist with our soccer clinic. - 10 am to 12 pm
8. Set up of event - 8:30 am to 9:30 am
9. Clean up event - 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm
All volunteers will receive a volunteer t-shirt for the event.
