Cultivate is looking for local residents, contractors, designers and architects to help us transform our 1200 square foot hub into an inviting location for collaboration, education and inspiration in a community who which has never had the opportunity to host such a space.
Your donation of materials or services set the foundation for an entire community. It's the first step in making this opportunity a reality. We will open our doors on September 1st, and are in need of materials and services to complete the upfit.
What do we need?
- Paint and painters
- Sheet Rock and installation (10 x 12 room only two walks of sheet rock)
- Metal Framing material and framing (10 x 12 room)
- Tile Flooring and installation
- Ceramic Back Splash Tile and installation
- Multi-purpose Flooring and installation
- Carpet Tile Flooring installation
- Track lighting and installation
- Replacement Drop Ceiling Tiles and installation
- (2) Bathroom Vanities and installation
- Counter top (4 feet long) and installation

Cultivate.It provides a unique, opportunity in an under-served and underdeveloped neighborhood, for residents, non-profits, freelancers, consultants, startup companies, and emerging CEO's a place to call home and foster a kinship through capacity building resources and programming.
Simply put our goal is to begin sowing seeds for the next generation of change agents.
