OUR BEDFORD AREA HOSPICE PATIENTS NEED YOU! Join our Silverado Hospice Volunteer Team and share as little as 2-4 hours a week to provide support and companionship to our Bedford area patients and their families by reading to the patient, listening to their life stories, or simply smiling and holding their hand.
Silverado's mission is to affirm the cycle of life by enhancing the quality of living for those at the end of life's journey. The Silverado standard is to care compassionately for patients and their families and to empower those we serve to enhance the quality of their time remaining and give them comfort and dignity.

Description
Silverado Hospice goal is to maximize the quality of life through exceptional care and unmatched service. We provide world class care for all terminal diagnoses, 24 hour customer care support, unique programs (Memory Catchers and Essential Oils), as well as pre-bereavement and 13 month post-bereavement support. We go to wherever the patient calls "HOME" serving the entire Dallas/Fort Worth Area without regard to race, color, religion, age, gender, sexual orientation, disability (physical or mental), communicable disease, or place of national origin.
