VOLUNTEER HOSPICE TEAM - Resolutions Hospice invites you to join a rewarding volunteer team to help provide quality of life to the terminally ill. There are many positions available from patient care to bereavement, as well as administrative openings. Volunteers are needed in the Houston, East/West Houston, clear Lake and Katy areas. Hospice is a higly specialized care model for patients who have a life limiting illness and no longer want aggressive curative treatment.
The Resolutions Hospice team provides support for patients and families with:
- Nursing Care
- Physician
- Social Workers
- Chaplains
- Home Health Aides
- Volunteers
Resolutions Hospice provides care to patients and their families throughout Houston and the surrounding areas. Our goal is to match our volunteers with patients who are located close to them.
