Desk Receptionist for Established Arts Center
Do you love the arts and recognize their significance in our community? Are you looking for an opportunity to share your skills and time?
ArtServe is looking to open on November 9th. We will be following CDC's recommended guidelines and following precautions with gallery visitors and staff.
We're seeking a personable, dedicated arts enthusiast to act as a volunteer Ambassador to our art gallery
If you’re interested in volunteering in a creative, welcoming environment where art serves the community with real impact, we want to hear from you!
Job description: Welcome teachers and students to class, and visitors to main gallery. Other duties include: doing office work such as answering phone, and undertaking health and safety duties and responsibilities appropriate to role.
Skills Desired: Excellent communication/interpersonal skills, comfortable with multi-tasking, dedication to serve, prompt and dependable, basic computer skills, knowledge of MS Words, Excel. Bilingual in English and Spanish is helpful, not required.

Date: Ongoing
Commitment: One or Twice per week
Schedule: Choose from two daily shifts Monday through Saturday, or back-to-back shift if better suited to your schedule.
