We are a non-profit organization and we have been presented with an opportunity to earn some money by staffing an Event at the Orange County Convention Center. The volunteers would be helping at a Martial Arts Convention/World Championships. We need help filling the staffing needs that are still available at the Registration Desk, Pro Shop, Agility Course and Board Breaking sessions. We are appreciative of any opportunity to gain funds and since we are a small chorus, we need help staffing all the openings at this event. By volunteering for this opportunity, you would be helping us earn much needed money to help our organization as we strive to meet our goals of preserving the art of singing in the barbershop style.

Description
The Sound of Sunshine Show Chorus (SOS for short) is one of Central Florida's chapters of Sweet Adelines International located in Orlando, FL. Our members come from many surrounding counties just to sing with our award-winning chorus and enjoy the special camaraderie we share. SOS promotes harmony, friendship, self-esteem and a sense of belonging among women of all ages, races, ethnic backgrounds and levels of performance readiness. The Sound of Sunshine is a 501-C Non-profit organization. The singers are all volunteers, range in age from teenagers to retirees. Not only do they sing but also they support several musical education programs one being The Young Women in Harmony program. Our most recent achievement is winning 2nd place Small Chorus and 5th place Overall at our 2019 Regional Contest.
