HRIS Analyst

We are growing faster than ever and are on the lookout for an HRIS Analyst to join our Human Resources team and help us get the most out of our tools and processes.

Role and Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for designing our process and data landscape as well as implementing change and driving process excellence. You will have a core understanding of recruiting and particularly the journey that the team members are on to get up to speed with the use of data.

  • You will enjoy translating data into meaningful and digestible information.
  • You understand how user behavior influences data integrity and you are familiar with designing workflows and processes surrounding them.
  • You will have to design and use external APIs to create JIRA workflows
  • Documenting processes and identifying gaps and improvement points are second nature to you.
  • You are familiar with performing root cause analysis on issues and connecting outcomes back to processes.
  • You have a creative eye and take pride in the way that you showcase your work
  • You will aid in the implementation, process improvements, enhancements, reporting, and other tasks that lead to a more effective and efficient organization.
  • You will have experience in using work tracking tool JIRA to manage tasks and address defects.

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional virtual environment. This role requires reliable and consistent access to the internet as all work conducted will be done online.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

We will work with your schedule and ask a minimum of 4-5 hours per week.

Required Experience

  1. Three to five years of HRIS or HR generalist or specialist experience.
  2. Three to four years of experience in using work tracking tool JIRA
  3. One to two years of project management experience.
  4. Data analysis experience
  5. Design thinking, building and implementing systems experience.
  6. Working knowledge of GSuite and other cloud-platform applications.
