Senior Centers for Active Adults offer opportunities to make friends, stay on the move, and learn new things. The centers offer classes, lunch, health and wellness programs, computer and internet access, trips and tours, and opportunities to socialize with others and stay connected.

Lincolnia Senior Center needs an experienced crafter to lead projects (other than knitting/quilting) that can be completed in 1 or 2 visits. Ideas (not limited to these): bead-making, card-making, sachet and soap-making, etc.

The Fairfax Area Agency on Aging (AAA) serves older adults, adults with disabilities, and family caregivers in Fairfax County and the cities of Fairfax and Falls Church. We are a partnership of Department of Family Services, Neighborhood and Community Services and the Health Department.

Our mission is to support older adults and adults with disabilities in a variety of ways. We provide volunteer services to help people to remain in their own homes/communities and improve their quality of life.
