Assist with many of our special events / fundraisers throughout the year!

This includes but is not limited to:
- Paws & Sneakers: Our annual 5K fun run/walk along Windsor Lake in June, where volunteers help with set up, check-in, ID checks, security, and break down,
- Yappy Hour: Our summer-long, 1st-Friday event along Windsor Lake where members of the public and potential donors can enjoy a cold drink by the Lake with furry friends to end a long work week! Our volunteers assist here with set up, check-in, ID checks, security, and break down, in addition to serving beer at our designated booth,
- Adoption Events: Various times throughout the year, we host mobile adoption events at locations such as Petco, PetSmart, and King Soopers, where our volunteers assist in handling our dogs and speaking to potential adopters about them!
- Vaccine Clinic: Our most regular event, held every 1st and 3rd Saturday at our shelter. This is an opportunity for the public to get low-cost vaccines for their pets, and our volunteers play a big role helping the event run smoothly by running clipboards from the public to our staff, and running animals from their owners to clinic and back again!
