Your role as a "NJO Coach" is critical to the success of our oratorical and reading literacy program. You are responsible for preparing Orator students in chapter locations to have confidence at all times when speaking or writing. We train all our NJO Coaches. They learn from you the skills and techniques of public speaking and writing literacy.

Responsibilities: Meet with students on a weekly basis to train them on developing public speaking and literacy skills. Register and track students at an assigned chapter. Prepare students for community presentations and attendance at two annual statewide competitions with their peers.
