To ensure that families have the relevant information about their visit to the centre or the services we offer. A point of contact for any questions or queries that the families have.

Desirable Skills:
- Administration/office skills
- IT Literate
- Ability to speak to people from all backgrounds
- Ability to maintain and respect confidentiality
- Professional telephone manner
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Good organisational skills
- Ability to relate to disabled children, young people and their families.

Skills are desirable not essential, we will consider all applications and training will be given.

The new centre is based at Keele Science and Innovation Park so consideration will need to be made regarding transport
Volunteer expenses will be paid for out of pocket travel expenses (car, public transport)

We dont believe in waiting lists for children. We treat families and their children as individuals We are a national charity with a local heart The Charity's management and running costs are covered by a kind benefactor so that donations go directly to help children in need.

- Mobility and sensory equipment

- Access to life saving surgeries and treatments

- Life changing therapy and support programmes for children with brain injuries and their families

- Fully supported family holidays for children fighting life threatening illnesses
