ORGANIZATION: YMCA of Greater Kansas City

We are looking for advisers/mentors ages 18 and over who have experience with youth to come alongside and join us for our NKC Pilot Program this summer. Leaders Club is a YMCA-based leadership-development program for middle and high school teens. This program provides teens with extensive leadership training and
volunteer opportunities that support YMCA programs and services to the community. In
addition to teaching teens leadership through service, Leaders Clubs advisers

There will be weekly meetings and joining the students in a weekly volunteer project around the city. This will require approximately 4 hours a week of a time commitment for volunteers.
