Emmaus is seeking an Event Volunteer to assist us on our annual Cycle for Shelter event! This volunteer is expected to start in June, and help out approximately 10 hours per week. We are seeking volunteers who are willing to and able to do some physical work! Marketing and/or event experience is a plus! This is a great opportunity to learn first-hand what it takes to mount a major fundraiser.

Description
Emmaus Inc. was incorporated in 1985 and seeks to relieve the plight of the homeless through emergency shelter, permanent affordable housing, education and job training, and comprehensive support services.
Emmaus has served homeless families and individuals since January 1987. Each year, Emmaus helps over 2,500 different women, men, and children. On any given night, over 300 adults and children call Emmaus "home". Emmaus provides over 80,000 meals annually to our shelter guests and housing residents.
