Child Advocate- Guardian ad Litem
BE THE DIFFERENCE IN THE LIFE OF A CHILD!
Guardian ad Litem, www.guardianadlitem.org is in need of volunteers to be child advocates for children who have been removed from their homes due to abuse, abandonment or neglect. These children have been removed through no fault of their own and need an adult to advocate for them and be their voice!
We provide all of the training that is needed to begin your advocacy. Do you ever watch the news or scroll through your social media feed and thing, "What can I do?" THIS IS IT! One Volunteer at a time, one child at a time. Make a difference in the life of a child - change our future!
We currently provide all training online and do the vast majority of our advocacy through virtual meetings. When we do meet, we follow all CDC guidelines and safety precautions.

Guardian ad Litem is a volunteer based organization who's purpose is to look after the "best interest" of children who have been removed from their home due to abuse and neglect. We are their voice in court as well as look out for their best interest in other aspects of their life (educationally, emotionally and physically).
If you have a passion for making a lifelong difference in a child's life please consider becoming a Guardian ad Litem Volunteer Child Advocate. Child Advocates are trained and supported volunteers who are assigned a child (or sibling group) and learn about the children and those that are central to the child's life and advocate for both short and long term successes. We visit the child to make sure that their needs are being met and we advocate for their best interest in.
We'll work with your schedule.
