In Partnership with the Senior Housing Counselor, the Curriculum and Design volunteer will spearhead our trainings and workshops curriculum design project. Our workshops focus on housing justice with a focus on racial equity and social justice. Our audience varies between tenants, landlords, municipalities, and social service organizations.
- Assist in developing a strategy and process for curriculum management (prioritization, design, development, tracking).
- Assist in Developing Learning & Development (L&D) best-practices and ensures standardization..
- Recommend solutions to meet learning and development needs at all levels, to include interactive instructor-led and eLearning solutions.
- Assist in the development of tools to evaluate and assess curriculum development and instructional design content and performance.
- Assist with developing creative, learner-centered training programs, modules, and materials in multiple modalities, including blended classroom learning, interactive e-learning modules, videos, facilitator guides and resource materials.
- Assist with the development of measures and evaluations to continuously improve learning effectiveness.
- Assist with organizing and developing internal and external training sessions.
