Camp Colley Foundation is seeking as-needed ongoing support volunteers to help with projects and tasks designed to allow the organization to fulfill its mission. Opportunities range by project and could include any and all clerical, strategic, skill and event-based volunteer projects. With a staff of one, opportunities to engage volunteers emerge often. It is our hope to build a network of volunteers to call upon as needed when opportunities and tasks become available.

Current Needs:

  • Photographer to travel to Camp Colley with Executive Director to capture professional photos to be used for marketing and print purposes
  • Videographer to travel to Camp Colley with Executive Director to capture professional video footage of camp property, programming, 1:1 interviews with campers, staff, etc.; compilation of video footage to produce professional 5-7 minute video highlighting mission of organization, impact of program participation, importance of community investment

Description

Camp Colley, an outdoor adventure camp located 50 miles north of Payson on Arizona’s Mogollon Rim, provides structured, supervised recreation for youth with significant life challenges. Relating to nature helps them learn to take healthy risks and experience success, develop self-confidence and resilience, and build meaningful relationships. Camp Colley provides the perfect setting for counselor-led backpacking, camping, canoeing, mountain biking, horseback riding, stargazing, wildlife observation and fireside chats.
