This fun interactive yoga class is designed for children with disabilities. This class allows children to explore yoga poses and breathing techniques in a supportive and encouraging small- group environment. Children will engage their bodies and mind through yoga poses integrated with stories, imaginative play, and movement. At the end of each class, we will learn relaxation techniques that can be used in yoga practice and daily life.
Volunteers will provide support and guidance for participants.

Carmel Clay Parks & Recreation's ultimate goal with our volunteer program is to provide a safe and fun atmosphere every time you volunteer. We count on our volunteers to help members in our community escape into recreation, fitness, and nature. It is our hope that you will join us and become a valued volunteer.
