Fourth annual Foodie Fest filled with amazing buffet of food and local live music - all to celebrate friendship and to benefit the community. Charities to benefit again this year are SHELTER, Inc., Meals on Wheels of Contra Costa, and the Pleasant Hill Teen Center.
We thank you all in advance for your attendance and participation. This is an open house type event but is mostly attended by the local community.
SEEKING HELP WITH:
Set up 11 am to 1 pm
Clean up 6 pm to 7 pm
Event is 1 to 6 pm
During event miscellaneous such as check in, selling prize drawing tickets, kitchen and food display support, pouring beer (21+ over only). The event is kid friendly so teens are welcome.

Description
We are hosting the 2nd annual fundraising gala called Matt's Masked Ball on September 14th, at the Pleasant Hill Community Center in Pleasant Hill, CA. Our goal is to not only educate students on the dangers of hazing but help them to recognize what hazing looks like, as well as to understand the penalties that come with any type of participation. Bringing awareness that hazing is not just harmless fun. Change the mindset / culture / perception / practice of fraternity, sports, any initiation into clubs or organizations. Change starts with awareness and education. That's where the AHA! Movement comes in.
