We are looking for volunteer support to help us mark this special occasion. Volunteers for this special day will receive a special event t-shirt to wear as well as general admission to the event, be sure to give us your shirt size. Email Kate Sigurdson, ksigurdswith your preferred areas of interest, times avalable, and shirt size. If you would like to volunteer alongside someone else please make sure to include them in your response email and I will try my best to schedule you together. Volunteers ages 14-15 are welcome to join us but must be alongside a parent/guardian at all times. Race VolunteersLocation: OutsideSchedule: 7am-10am Volunteers will be stationed along our Cosmic 5K and Kids Fun Run Events. Volunteers are needed along the course to cheer along the racers, encouraging them to get to the finish and assist at water stations. Volunteers are also needed to assist at the start and finish lines with medals and refreshments. Two volunteer photographers will be asked to use racers personal phones and a Bell Ipad to capture the excitement of the day at a designated photo opportunity.
Activity AssistantsLocation: InsideSchedule: 9:30am-1:30am/1:30am-5pm Volunteers are needed to assist with our famous diorama making activity- Space edition. Volunteers are needed to inform visitors or the activities instructions, distribute supplies, oversee safe use of the hot glue gun, and maintain a clean space for participants. Temporary Tattoo ArtistLocation: Inside and Outside Schedule: 9:30am-1:30am/1: 30am-5pm Temporary tattoo stations will be inside and outside. Assist visitors with the applications of a water transferred tattoo.
