Quad 4 Teen Moms teaches social independence, and financial self-sufficiency in Columbus, OH. A large portion of our marketing efforts are through online avenues such as our Company website and several social media outlets.

We are seeking a qualified individual to effectively manage our online presence. Duties include:

  • Company website management
  • Social media management
  • Blog management
  • ePromotion of upcoming events
  • Email management
In addition, Virtual Presence Manager (VPM) is required to meet with the Executive Director on a regular basis to assess processes and progress. Meetings may be virtual or in-person at the Director’s discretion.

A great candidate would posses the following:

  • Experience with social media management tools
  • Great communication skills, whether verbal or written
  • Ability to multitask
  • Passion to give time and energy

Necessary equipment:
  • Computer, laptop or tablet
  • Virtual Meeting app
  • Cell phone

The time commitment is at most 5 hours per week. This opportunity is perfect for college students or stay-at-home parents with extra time to help make a difference.

Responsibilities include:
  • Updating website with fresh, new content
  • Posting regularly to social media sites
  • Updating blog posts
  • Sending email correspondence
  • Promoting events on multiple social platforms
  • Evaluating process output and outcomes

Description

Quadra Hedron Inc, a 501c3 nonprofit organization, presents "Quad 4 Teen Moms" to Franklin County, OH. Our company, founded by Qiana Harvelle, was established in 2017 for younger mothers ages 16 to 21. Noticing a lack of education to show these women how to provide for a family, we thought it might be a good idea to share how we do it.
"Quad 4 Teen Moms," run mostly by volunteer Seasoned Moms, has a strong desire to see younger parents gainfully employed, owning successful businesses and raising happy, healthy kids.
So we decided to offer training workshops to discuss work ethic, work etiquette, higher education and career goals. For those showing more interest, we wanted to offer more value and services. The exclusive membership includes access to additional skills trainings, paid work opportunities and more.
Our hope is that these new skills learned will serve as a stepping stone for fulfilling unlimited potential.
