Support students in the "I Have A Dream" Foundation program at Casey Middle School after school. Ideally, tutors who can commit 2+ days per week M-F. Work one-on-one or in small groups with the same students every day. Teach foundational skills and support homework.

Description
Since 1990, IHDF Boulder County has served more than 1,000 local youth, and currently has 12 active Dreamer Scholar Classes. The model, with its one-on-one attention and daily programming, has proven to narrow the opportunity gap. Dreamer Scholars graduate from high school, enroll in post-secondary programming, and complete their post-secondary education at much higher rates than their low-income peers.
