Friendly Center needs your help to make sure K-8 students don’t fall behind.
We are seeking enthusiastic volunteers for our Spring tutoring program. Tutors will work with children from low-income families that need academic support. Tutors assist students with their homework, reading, writing and enrichment activities. We are currently in need of tutors on Mondays from:
May 16th- June 6th
(Monday) 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm
(We ask that our tutors commit to at least one day a week.)

Description
WHO WE ARE:
Friendly Center has been helping less-fortunate children and their families move toward self-sufficiency for 95 years. This is done through over 20 programs and services. We provide life-changing assistance to more than 1,000 families each year.
WHAT WE DO:
We help the entire family with programs in education, food support, and mental health services. Our goal is to meet the needs a family may face, get them back on their feet, and prevent the cycle from continuing to the next generation.
Join us. Together, we can end the cycle of generational poverty for families and future generations in Orange County.
