Woodleaf Center holds a free weekly ANAD support group online. This virtual meeting is held one evening during the week and is 1.5 hours long. We are open to having the meeting shorter as well (an hour). We are also open to another format like EDA. We have some flexibility as we restart this group!

We are seeking a volunteer group leader to lead the virtual group! We are based in San Francisco, CA how-ever you do not have to be. We are seeking someone highly professional with excellent boundaries and knowledge of eating disorders and recovery.

Our group leaders in the past have had a background in psychology and experience/ knowledge of eating disorders. Most have held masters degrees and many have been MFTI/Psyd interns who wanted to expand their experience in the area of eating disorders We have also hired people who volunteered for this position (after they are licensed) so it has room for growth and potential. It is a great way to gather eating disorder experience for those interested in the field! It is also a great way to get a reccommendation and clinical experience for graduate or PHD programs.
