For this art festival in Bushwick, on June 1, Wyckoff Ave in the Public Space,
with art displays, installations, performance art,
music, bands, live art, body painting and interactive stations we need a lot of help!
Looking for creative, fun minded and event task ready helpers, to prepare the event and run it the day of!

Prepare structures, move our lounge furniture, help artists build their installations or displays, assist with our non profit info table, music stage help, and take down at last.

3 Shifts

All shifts have expired
  • Sat Jun 01, 2019 - evening / 05:00 PM to 07:30 PM
    wrap up of street activities, installation dismantle, clean up, bring back furniture
  • Sat Jun 01, 2019 - morning / 09:00 AM to 11:45 AM
    various tasks: assist with set up of displays, installations, get furniture situated on sidewalks, set up tents, direct participants to spots
  • Fri May 31, 2019 - afternoon / 02:45 PM to 04:45 PM
    assist with hands on to prepare structures, move around furniture, mark spaces, put up signage

The organization aims to work towards ownership of buildings and real estate in the NY metro area to create permanent spaces.
