Thank you for your interest in volunteering with the USO of Hampton Roads
> and Central Virginia.

> The Hampton Roads/Central VA USO has a USO in the Richmond Airport , One at
> Ft Lee and nine other centers in the Hampton Roads area. You must be at
> least 18 to volunteer.

> The one at the Richmond International Airport serves as a rest and
> relaxation area for our service members , families and military retirees.
> The service members coming through the center may be going overseas, maybe
> be coming from overseas or may be coming to Virginia for training at one of
> our many military bases.
>
> Our volunteers at the center can greet them in the center, sit down and talk
> , play a game or get them something to eat or drink. The airport is not set
> up like some of the larger ones to greet service members coming directly
> off the planes.
